I can assist with quality document preparation and clerical support, easing your stress and lowering your financial burden by helping you help yourself.
I can prepare the forms necessary to serve your needs based on the facts of your matter, as stated by you. I provide service of documents, submission, electronic file management, and will assist you with locating telephone numbers, addresses and calendar information so that you may track your matter to help ensure any deadlines are met. I also provide Notary services for all documents requiring Notarization.
Although I can review the facts you provide for obvious spelling and grammar errors, as well as internal consistency of names, addresses, telephone numbers, etc., you are ultimately responsible for correcting any and all factual inclusions in your documents. At no time can I review your answers for legal sufficiency, draw legal conclusions, provide legal advice or apply the law to a particular situation.
